Barbara DeLong came to TechCare with an older and broken site. Menu items were dropping off and she did not know why. When we looked at her content, we were astounded. Barbara had more content than any other client we have ever worked with!!! The problem was that no one could find what they were looking for! We knew that we could supercharge what Barbara had already created by organizing her content and making it accessible.
TechCare took Barbara’s plethora of pages and created megamenus to display her content. We moved a lot of content to blog posts, and displayed the blog in a nice, filterable, masonry display. We broke some of her long, scrolling pages out into individual pages so they would be easier to access.
Barbara already was using the WordPress platform which made all this work that much easier. We were able to duplicate her site and keep all of the content as we worked on the site.
We gave Barbara a completely new look using a stunning image as the background which peeks through the content on the pages. We added a new logo and header, with the next upcoming event right up in the header area on the home page. Social icons are featured in color at the top and are easy to access.
We know that Barbara already had a large base of subscribers and a plethora of material, we feel that we just made all of this better for a fantastic user experience.
